The Florida Adult Day Services Association (FADSA) & The National Adult Day Services Association (NADSA) has partnered with Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) for state-wide adult day center survey. This survey will be submitted directly to AHCA and will play a vital role in the allocation of services/funds for the adult day programs across our state to better serve our members.This survey was a direct request from AHCA and your input will play vital role in the future of adult day programs.
